Stringfield
A 700-acre master-planned community adjacent to Prescott National Forest and The Granite Mountain Wilderness Area, Stringfield at Granite Mountain is an historic ranch property close to the City of Prescott. The development features spacious two-acre lots, specifically designed to accommodate accessory buildings and benefits from being connected to the City of Prescott water and sewer system.

Pali Kai
Pali Kai consists of almost 400 acres divided into six expansive, oceanfront acreage estates. The homesites of Pali Kai offer extremely rare, oceanfront acreage parcels ranging from 45 acres to more than 100 acres in size. The property’s topography slopes and rises, varying up to 1,000 feet from top to bottom, and each homesite stretches uninterrupted to the sea, enjoying ocean and sunset views that will never be obstructed.

Arts District Center
Located in the heart of the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles, the mixed-use development project will offer a 113-room Arts District Hotel with 129 Iive/work condominiums. It features 80,000 SF of commercial space that will include a public art plaza, art event space for architecture, fashion, music and arts, and creative collaborative workshops. The project pursues LEED Certification, Net Zero Energy, and Net Zero Carbon.

A luxury real estate community focused on integrating home design and footprint with the land. Targeted toward homeowners who want to make the desert part of their experience and who love being outdoors. The developers’ goal is to keep 80 percent of the ranch’s more than 1,100 acres as undisturbed desert.
